Australian Retirement Trust (ART) – CBD Offices  

Why We Were Appointed:

FACTION was engaged to support ART’s strategic and operational workplace transformation across three CBD offices (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne). 

Embedded within the client’s Workplace Experience and People & Innovation teams, FACTION led operational readiness activities to ensure a seamless relocation and transition to new ways of working. This included delivery of workplace technologies (desk-booking app, digital signage, occupancy intelligence system, parking and access management), workplace etiquette frameworks, team storage strategies, induction and Day 1 experience, asset disposal, and make-good of old premises. 

A key success factor was completing relocations on time and within budget while ensuring minimal disruption and a positive staff experience during a period of significant organisational change.

• Brisbane and Sydney workplaces delivered ahead of key technology upgrades 

• Workplace Management app (Jumpree) launched on staff devices with strong uptake 

• Successful delivery of relocation and make-good activities across all sites

• 8 new workplace technologies rolled out across multiple sites 

• Seamless relocation experience for 3,500 staff during major organisational merge
