Why We Were Appointed 

FACTION was appointed by DTET to project manage the AH Electro initiative in Brisbane (Education sector, 2021–2022; est. value $1.2m). We delivered detailed technical design documentation, set robust procurement and contractor terms, and governed program and budget to meet the client’s mandate for smooth, time‑efficient delivery within budget, reducing delivery risk and increasing program certainty.

We managed the end‑to‑end process, producing detailed technical design documentation (leveraging past learnings), establishing robust procurement settings, and setting clear contractor engagement terms for the delivery phase. This structure accelerated decision‑making, safeguarded budget, and provided program certainty for stakeholders.
